Flow
Flow classes are thoughtfully layered — starting with a foundational movement and gradually building in challenge. Allowing you to move at your own pace and choose the variations that best suit your body.

Level 2
Designed for those who are injury-free and ready to expand their repertoire. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control with more challenging exercises to take your practice to the next level.

Private Sessions
These offer the chance to explore movement in a way that’s tailored just for you.
We use mixed equipment — including the reformer, chair, tower, and small props — to meet your needs, whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or simply prefer focused, one-on-one support. -

Pre & Postnatal
You are welcome to attend our Flow classes. We use specialised props to keep your practice comfortable and effective. Gentle, safe, and designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy.
Hi, I’m Emma — owner and founder of Field & Flow Pilates.
I’m a fully trained and certified Pilates instructor through BASI, with additional training in pre & postnatal movement and injury rehabilitation. I’m passionate about guiding you safely through every stage of your journey — whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move with confidence and care.
