FAQs

Do I need experience before taking a Reformer Pilates Class?

Not at all! However we do recommend a 1:1 if you are injured or recovering from injuries or surgery. This helps us to assess where you’re at, give you confidence on the reformer, and help you have the best experience possible.

How do I book in?

Fill in a new client form found on the ready to start page, send an email or contact us via social media. I will set you up on influx to book an appropriate class.

How do a I purchase a pass?

Class passes either come as casual (pay as you come) 5 pass or 10 pass perfect for those coming twice a week. This is via direct debit or cash.

I’m injured!

Reach out so we can chat — we’ll help determine whether 1:1 or group reformer is the safest and most supportive option for you right now.

I’m pregnant can I come?

Yes — absolutely, with the right guidance and understanding of any contraindications, Reformer Pilates can be a safe and supportive way to move throughout pregnancy. At Field & Flow, our sessions are tailored to each stage, using modifications and specialised props to keep you comfortable and supported.

Where are you based?

We’re tucked up Mountfield Road — a small boutique home studio where good movement, good chats, and good vibes come together.
